For our flagship MEV events historical data, we aim to detect and curate that data from on-chain Ethereum within 10–20 block confirmations. Other endpoints may refresh at different intervals based on how data is computed, and when applicable, this will be noted in the API docs. Given we are currently a startup, there is no strict SLA guaranteed at this time, and occasional delays may occur due to network conditions, reorganizations, maintenance, or infrastructure outages.

API throughput figures, including requests per minute and other rate limits, are based on ideal network and system conditions. In practice, API performance may vary depending on real-world conditions, including network congestion, server load, customer usage patterns, maintenance, or unusually high demand across the platform. A "perfect" environment generally means a clear network and normal API usage levels, without excessive simultaneous traffic from many customers. AmericanCrypto may adjust throughput, quotas, or rate limits as needed to preserve platform stability, protect data infrastructure, and maintain reliable access for customers.

Yes. AmericanCrypto is currently operating in a public live beta. This means the platform is live and available for customer use, but it is still an early-stage product from a new startup. During this beta period, users should expect occasional startup pains, which may include slower performance, temporary service interruptions, pricing adjustments, data refinements, API changes, or edge cases that have not yet been fully addressed. Beta pricing may also differ from future pricing. Current prices are intended to reflect the early-stage nature of the platform and may not remain available as the product matures, infrastructure expands, and additional features are added. While AmericanCrypto aims to provide reliable, useful MEV data, users should understand that beta products may contain more errors, inconsistencies, or edge cases than long-established platforms. We appreciate early users who help identify issues and improve the product over time.
